111 performances to over 400,000 people in 13 different countries. One of the absolute highlights was a very memorable day in June 2019 a with a Big Top tent at Melrose Annay Road, the biggest musical event ever held in the Scottish Borders.
A 4.500 sell-out crowd gathered for The Proclaimers and their special guests – Magpie Blue, Zoe Graham, Be Charlotte and Fatherson.
This short movie (2.27) collaboration captures the day.
A huge thank you to Rianne White, Stuart Cameron, Alexander Peacock, Annabel Crawford/Above the Borders and Scott Macdonald.
A Very Happy New Year to one and all.
Recording for Linda Thompson
Legendary singer/songwriter Linda is currently creating an album where she invites guests to sing on a collection of her new songs. She invited Craig and Charlie to perform a gorgeous ballad ‘Bonny Lass’.
They gathered together at Post Electric Studio in Leith, Linda and her son Teddy Thompson producing and grandson Zak Hobbs on acoustic guitar
Craig and Charlie said “It was a real privilege for us to record for one of our heroines in Linda.
The song Bonny Lass is beautiful and the session was an absolute pleasure to work on.”
A big thanks also to Rod Jones and Danny Herbert at Post Electric.
