Well done to Emma and Andrew Lomax and members of their Buxton gym for their super Christmas themed spirited and entertaining performances for a great cause.

The idea was inspired by the parents of two-year-old Molly Corthorn – who doctors gave a 30% chance of survival at birth. Molly was found to have fluid on the brain and a hernia causing pressure on her heart and lungs during her mums’ pregnancy.

The tot miraculously pulled through, parents Kimberly and Dan were told she may never walk and talk but now she is a happy chatty little girl, and she is now learning to walk with her frame.

Mum of 3 Emma said Molly spent her first Christmas at the hospital and staff made it so special for them. We just thought it would be nice to raise some money for other children spending this Christmas in hospital.
