Huge respect to the young men who were friends of Callam Coyle. Well done Tony, Alfie, Camryn, Finlay, Todd and all involved and who contributed.

Tartan Talkers launched their first Hub in St Margaret’s Church, Touch, Dunfermline and it was only fitting that our first hub be opened with a group of wonderful young lads who lost their bestie to suicide.

Callam Coyle was only 19 when he tragically passed and to raise mental health, awareness, Tony McDonald organised a football match along with Alfie McDonald, Camryn Coyle, Todd Lochlin and Finlay Ness. These caring lads raised a massive £4300 and presented it to Tartan Talkers.

Although we are so appreciative of the donation, it is tinged with deep sadness that yet another young life has been lost to suicide.

The team are so immensely proud of these laddies but I think their parents’ will be even prouder that they have raised such loyal, kind and thoughtful children.

Thank you from all at Tartan Talkers.
