The Proclaimers will be appearing at Lakefes, a family friendly music festival set in the lovely surroundings of Eastnor Castle, Ledbury on Sunday 12th August.
Apologies to all the fans who encountered frustrations via the Ticketmaster system and failed to get tickets. Sorry also that within minutes we were seeing touts selling tickets at scandalous prices via secondary selling sites. This is a terrible situation that affects the whole market place that unfortunately is beyond our control, we hope that laws can come into effect as soon as possible to prohibit this practice.
We are absolutely delighted to confirm 39 UK concerts on top of summer festival appearances already announced. The new album is set to be recorded this Spring and due for release on August 10th.
Tickets for all shows go on general public sale at 9.00am on Friday 23rd February.
The 11th studio album is planned for release in August coinciding with Craig, Charlie and band going back on the road. We will be announcing on Wednesday 21st February forthcoming concerts in the UK and Ireland from July through to December this year. The general public sale will begin on Friday 23d February.
For those not already signed up to the Mailing List if you do subscribe (link on this page) by midnight on Monday 20th, then everyone on the list will receive direct links to pre sale access to purchase tickets on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd for all shows before the general public sale begins on Friday.

Originally broadcast in June of this year, the documentary gets a second showing, straight after the annual Hogmanay show.
In 1987, the Reid brothers recording under the name The Proclaimers, released their debut album called This Is The Story that would change their lives forever. The album propelled The Proclaimers into the charts and took them from playing small venues in Scotland to national and international acclaim.
In celebration of their 30 year career, BBC Two Scotland have commissioned an hour long show in which Craig and Charlie are interviewed by one of their biggest fans, David Tennant.
